CLAIMS PHILOSOPHY

Our claim’s philosophy is to work in close cooperation with our clients. Our aim is to provide a fair settlement of claims and a quick response to clients’ needs. We have a good arrangement with a good number of the best workshops in Juba City.

 

ELIGIBILITY TO SCHEME

Any person from birth to seventy (65) years can join the scheme. Existing members can remain in the scheme until they attain 70 years of age.

Dependents include spouse, own children, legally adopted foster children from birth to 21 years old. Children above 21 up to 25 years (at school). And any other dependents that the organization deems fit.

Covers from birth, the baby must be termed a baby, that is at least 38 weeks from the time of birth and should be discharged from hospital after birth to be eligible.

EMPLOYMENT PROCEDURE

The employer will be required to complete a group proposal from each employee. It will also be required to complete an employee’s proposal from comprehensive and accurate medical cards will be delivered within 2-5 days of receipt of fully completed list or dully filled proposal forms of all the staff and dependents.
